Security & Data Handling

Your data.
Our responsibility.

We take data security seriously. Here's exactly how we protect your information, govern AI agent behaviour, and ensure compliance.

Our principles

Six pillars of our security approach

Security by design

Security isn't bolted on at the end. Every agent, integration, and workflow is designed with data protection as a core requirement.

Encryption everywhere

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard encryption protocols and key management practices.

Full audit trails

Every action taken by an AI agent is logged, timestamped, and attributable. You can review exactly what happened and when.

Compliance-ready

Our architecture supports GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 requirements. We document everything so your compliance team can verify.

Least privilege access

Agents only access the data and systems they need — nothing more. Permissions are tightly scoped and regularly reviewed.

Human-in-the-loop

For sensitive actions, agents pause and request human approval. You control the threshold for when escalation is required.

In practice

What we do, specifically

All AI agent configurations are version-controlled and reviewable
Data processing agreements (DPAs) available on request
Regular security reviews and penetration testing
Incident response plan with defined SLAs
Subprocessor list maintained and available to clients
Data residency options available (UK/EU)
No training on client data — your data stays yours
Annual security audit with findings shared on request
Agent governance

How we keep AI agents safe

Every AI agent we deploy has a defined scope of what it can and can't do. This includes which data sources it can read, which actions it can take, and where it needs human approval.

Agents are monitored in real time. If an agent behaves unexpectedly, it's flagged immediately and can be paused or rolled back. We maintain full audit logs so you can review any decision an agent has made.

We don't train models on your data. Your data is used only for the specific tasks your agents are configured to perform, and it stays within your approved data boundaries.

No pitch. Just answers.
